AVCHD File Conversion Utility (v4.10) (Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7)

This utility allows you to convert AVCHD MPEG-4 AVC (H.264) content to Canopus HQ AVI, HDV and MPEG-2 program stream files. Simply install the application, and then drag and drop AVCHD .M2TS and .MTS files onto the utility's desktop shortcut, or right-click the file and choose the appropriate option.

The converter can be configured to use multiple CPU cores for encoding a single file in a queue, or parallel encoding of mutliple files in a queue with individual CPU cores.

Note: This software requires that EDIUS v3.0 or later, EDIUS Neo v1.0 or later, or a FIRECODER Blu + FIRECODER Writer software be installed on the same system.

Features added in this release:
• Supports to import .mp4/.mov(video:MPEG4 AVC/MVC, audio:AAC/LPCM) file
• Side by Side configuration in the previewer setting


Fixed in this release:
• If input field order is set to 'Auto', MPEG field order is inverted
• Initial part of audio (max 2frames) is muted, if PTS is not included into B frames of MPEG file
• Progressive HQ AVI that is SD and less than 30fps frame rate cannot be converted to same resolution MPEG2 PS file
• If source file has either 32 or 44.1kHz audio, it cannot be converted to an HDV file
• MPEG2 PS file unexpectedly recognized as no audio file if the MPEG2 PS contains high video bitrate(over 60Mbps) and MPEG audio
• File association is lost and related menu does not appear in con-text menu
